Hummus!!

 Hey dudes, what's up?

Today I'm gonna show you one of the main foods that I eat. This food is simple to make it, you only need chickpeas, oil (preferably oliva oil), lemon juice and some condiments like sault, pepper, garlic, curry and tahini (optional condiment). You put all the ingredients in the blender and it's ready! Easy or not?


Hummus has a creamy texture and can be served either chilled or warm, with bread, rice or tortilla. I prefer eat hummus in the morning and sometime in the afternoon.
I think so hummus is the nice option to substitute for meat or like in Chile says "pate" that is eaten in the "once".

Being solely a legume, it has bavery low amount of fats compared to the amount of saturated fats found in meat.
